Hmm...we seem to be in a spiral of mishaps at the moment, all coming close together. During our time with the family last week, the freezer started to defrost. Ian discovered the door seal had perished, so a temporary repair made with tape around the edge, and it appears to be working okay for now. A new door has been ordered! Then the water heater refused to work when we were plugged into the electrics. That still hasn't been resolved, but it does work on gas, so that's alright. Maybe the heating element has given up the ghost! Then yesterday the TV satellite wouldn't work. That turned out to be the cable and with us so near to Aberystwyth, he got one from Tool Station. And today our dongle overheated, it wouldn't hold a charge, A bent pin may have been the issue so straighten it with forceps and allowing the dongle to cool, the problem appears resolved. And then only a few moments ago, Ian's watch has also died! A new battery will have to be purchased. What will be the next problem? Ian's computor crashed onto the floor from the cupboard above the bench seats after Ian took a particularly sharp bend, and the road surface was as rough as old houses, too. It made us jump when it landed! So far it is working. Fingers crossed it will continue!
Last night was fairly quiet. I did wonder as the main road ran directly in front of MB. Anyway, we set off for King Arthurs underground experience at Corris this morning. It wasn't bad, a boat ride first, through a darkened tunnel with a waterfall at the end. Then a half mile walk through several labyrinths with story telling at various stops. It was all very tongue in cheek, made it seem that Arthur was Welsh, I suppose he could have been, it is a legend after all, but the whole experience was most enjoyable.

Another Brit stop tonight, at a pub called Cross Foxes. Got ourselves all nicely settled in when a van pulled up beside us. Five minutes after the chap had locked the van and left, the alarm kept going off! Hours went by and eventually he returned. We didn't moan, just pointed out he may have a problem. "It's always doing that", he said. And then asked, "Are you stopping tonight? I'm booked in at the hotel, so this may become a nuisance for you." We agreed with him, "Oh well, I suppose I had better move it." he sighed. Thank goodness for that, cos our other option was to move and try to find somewhere else to stop!
