Hello to Vic & Sue. Isn't it nice when you finally meet fellow bloggers. I have followed "No Problems" blog for some time now, and we met on a very windy day at the facilities in Great Haywood. Vic had lost his hat when a gust of wind blew it over the side, and then his glove went the same way! . Luckily the items were eventually retrieved from the canal and Sue, with a nifty bit of manoeuvring and with help from Vic & Ian hauling the ropes, managed to do battle with the wind and bring the boat to the side successfully. Hopefully our paths will cross again someday, but as we were both facing in opposite directions it might take a while.
About Us
- Ian and Irene Jameison
- In 1977 we hired our first narrowboat from Anglo Welsh at Market Harborough. From that moment our destiny was set. In 2006 we finally purchased our own brand new 57' narrowboat which we named 'Free Spirit'. Our aim is to travel the length and breadth of all the navigable rivers and canals of the UK. This will be our story as it unfolds.
