Boarding planks will be needed along this stretch. |
Jade gave these two sleeping ducks a rude awakening when she trotted past. |
John Baylis ( Harbour Master ) then had to find room for Nb Trout who was booked in above lock and arrived quite late this afternoon. Some more boat shuffling had to occur but John had it all in hand having done the job for years at other boat gatherings and slotted Nb Trout in next to Nb Sprog by the facilities.

Hi Irene,
Sorry to be a PITA but could you tell me what is happening next weekend as I can't download the poster from the ECPDA web site :(
We would like to come over to take a look but want to pick the 'right day' LOL
Many thanks,
Kevin et al xx
Hello Kevin,
I have put the poster of the boat rally on today's ( 19th ) blog. Not sure of the time table of the opening, probably about 10ish. I am running the dog show on Sunday afternoon and the rest of the time will be manning the bric a brack stall. Ian will probably be running around the site like a headless chicken trying to sort out any problems that arises! Look forward to seeing you over the weekend.

Hi Irene,
Well thank you for that, most kind of you :)
I think we'll be coming over for the opening to hear the band and make sure that we look out for you too.
Hope the weather is good for the weekend :)
