About Us
- Ian and Irene Jameison
- In 1977 we hired our first narrowboat from Anglo Welsh at Market Harborough. From that moment our destiny was set. In 2006 we finally purchased our own brand new 57' narrowboat which we named 'Free Spirit'. Our aim is to travel the length and breadth of all the navigable rivers and canals of the UK. This will be our story as it unfolds.

That is indeed a grass snake. We have seen a couple in the canal. They are very pretty.
It looks like your both having a lovely time.
We have better news. Having been in touch with the powers that be. Keith has been given an appointment. It is a long tale and one which I had to do some verbal fighting in, but he is going into hospital on the 13th May for his exploritory op. Amazing how an appointment can be found when you kick up a fuss. So fingers crossed now they do not cancel.
Happy cruising to you both. Jo x
Fantastic news. Hope all goes well with the op and that the news will be good.
Ian is of for his MRI scan today (6th) and seeing the consultant on the 9th June. All appears okay at the moment so we are hoping for good news to.
Hope to see you on the move again soon.
Irene x
