About Us
- Ian and Irene Jameison
- In 1977 we hired our first narrowboat from Anglo Welsh at Market Harborough. From that moment our destiny was set. In 2006 we finally purchased our own brand new 57' narrowboat which we named 'Free Spirit'. Our aim is to travel the length and breadth of all the navigable rivers and canals of the UK. This will be our story as it unfolds.

Ian and Irene
Just back in the UK and back on board TCW, down at Trent Lock.
Depending on weather, might have a tootle up the Erewash next week. Would like to pop in and see you both.
If OK, let us know a phone number or address, otherwise we will see you at Easter. John Day has persuaded us not to take the boat out of the water.
Rog & Pat
Hi Pat & Roger,
We will be making our way down by boat to Sandiacre on Wednesday am in readiness for the Pie and Pea weekend at the lock cottage. Monday and Tuesday is made up of hospital visits for Ian so if you would like to stop by from Wednesday afternoon onwards at Sandiacre we would love to see you then.
Irene
