Dai and Janice in Birmingham in June last year. |
About Us
- Ian and Irene Jameison
- In 1977 we hired our first narrowboat from Anglo Welsh at Market Harborough. From that moment our destiny was set. In 2006 we finally purchased our own brand new 57' narrowboat which we named 'Free Spirit'. Our aim is to travel the length and breadth of all the navigable rivers and canals of the UK. This will be our story as it unfolds.

A farewell to Dai
I'm not going to say to much about the funeral as it is a very personal affair between Janice and his family, but what I will say is that Janice ( Jandai ) gave Dai a wonderful sendoff playing his favourite music during the funeral and celebrating with all his family and friends the wonderful life Dai had led. It was a very moving and fitting tribute to Dai. He will be missed.

A real nice guy, an opinion having only met him once. Much love and hugs to Jan.
